What is The Buttered System?

It's the five-step growth system we build for clients: The Sizzle (attract), The Skim (capture), The Spread (follow-up), The Melt (convert) and Stay Golden (retain). Each step is a set of tools and automations we set up, connect and test for your business.

Do I need all five steps?

No. Most businesses start with the step where they're losing the most money, often follow-up. You can add steps later, and everything connects to the same system.

Will it work with my website and CRM?

Usually. We audit what you have, keep what works and connect it. If a tool is costing you leads or can't connect, we'll show you why and let you decide.

Will automated messages make us sound robotic?

Not if they're written well. Every message is written in your voice and approved by you before it goes live. AI agents tell the truth if someone asks whether they're talking to AI, and they hand off to a person when you want.

Is automated texting and AI calling legal?

Yes, with the right consent, clear identification and an easy opt-out. The FCC confirmed in February 2024 that AI-generated voices count as "artificial" voices under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, so the same consent rules apply (FCC 24-17). We build consent capture and opt-out handling in. This isn't legal advice.

What happens when a lead replies?

Automated follow-up for that lead stops and the conversation goes to you or your team, with the whole history in one place.

How fast can it go live?

It depends on how many steps you start with and what you already have. You'll get an honest timeline after your audit, in writing, before you commit.
